Warranty Terms

In order to conduct the guarantee service it’s necessary to maintain the exploitation rules according to the instructions issued by the manufacturer.  In order to receive warranty service the buyer should provide a warranty coupon certified by "Panasonic"

Panasonic warranty period starts from the day of purchase that excludes misunderstandings such as factory defects and bad quality of the product. Warranty includes costs of repair and spare parts. To receive warranty service buyer should follow exploitation rules according to the instructions and show the warranty coupon certified by the seller organization with model number and serial number of the product. The item has to be purchased only for domestic use. Warranty service is not applied to lamps, batteries, attachment, speakers, filters, charging devices and other accessories.  The item will be replaced in case of warranty service center decision. If the item is not repaired in 30 days or if repairing is inexpedient Service center has the right to replace the product. Warranty period will be prolonged for the repair duration.
